Cary London, Esq.

Cary London is a premier trial attorney who has handled over 10,000 criminal and civil matters in his career, and taken over 100 cases to jury verdict.

 

 Mr. London is a graduate of University of Virginia and New York Law School. He was recognized by the New York Law Journal as one of their prominent Rising Stars of 2013.

 

He has previously worked for the NYPD defending Police Officers accused of misconduct, Brooklyn Defender Services as a trial attorney, clerked for Supreme Court Justice Richard Lee Price in Bronx State Supreme Court, and worked for the Trial Bureau 30/50 in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office.

 

Mr. London has quickly become the “go to” attorney for all five boroughs of New York City. He prides himself on making sure clients get the aggressive legal representation they deserve.

 

Mr. London has also previously has worked for the Oakland Raiders in their legal department, specializing in contract negotiations and licensing agreements. And for a brief time, Mr. London worked for a boutique Real Estate litigation firm, handling residential and commercial closings, as well as all landlord-tenant issues.

Brian Wagner, Esq.

Mr. Wagner is a former prosecutor for the District Attorney’s Office turned criminal defense lawyer. At the Brooklyn DA’s office, he tried many cases in court and took several cases to successful verdicts.

 

He was a prosecutor so he knows how to think like one and will work to point out all of the flaws in the prosecution’s arguments against you.

 

 Mr. Wagner is a seasoned trial veteran with the skill set and experience necessary to protect your rights. National TV and Radio shows often feature Attorney Wagner as an expert commentator to provide his insights as a criminal defense attorney and former prosecutor.

Jason Goldman

Jason Goldman began his career as a prosecutor in Brooklyn, where he swiftly rose through the ranks and was entrusted to handle only the most serious felony offenses from indictment through trial. After four years, Mr. Goldman moved seamlessly into private practice, leaning on his trial experience and courtroom instincts to find instant success and secure a string of significant results for his clients. Mr. Goldman’s initial years as a criminal defense attorney were spent practicing alongside renowned trial attorney Jeffrey Lichtman, collaborating with Mr. Lichtman on numerous high-profile matters which captured the nation’s attention.

 

With his rapid ascent, Mr. Goldman has now transitioned from a talented and touted young trial lawyer to one of the most respected criminal defense attorneys in New York City. Having tried over 25 cases to verdict, Mr. Goldman’s practice spans every phase of criminal litigation, from pre-arrest investigations, to trials, to a robust sentencing and appellate discipline. David Kline

David Kline was born and raised on Long Island, NY. He received his B.A. from SUNY Oswego and his JD from Hofstra University School of Law.

 

After graduating from law school David was awarded the Ginsberg Family Post-Graduate Justice Fellowship and began work with Gideon’s Promise, an organization dedicated to improving the quality of public defense in the Deep South. David spent three years as a public defender in Lafayette, Louisiana, where he represented hundreds of clients charged with everything from misdemeanor offenses to homicides.

 

After leaving Louisiana, David returned to his home in Suffolk County, Long Island where he worked briefly as a Public Defender with the Legal Aid Society of Suffolk County. David then worked with the Brooklyn Defender Services where he served as a Senior Staff Attorney specializing in criminal and immigration law.

David currently works as an Associate Attorney in Shulman & Hill’s Civil Rights Division.

David Hazan, Esq.

Mr. Hazan concentrates his practice on civil rights litigation, specializing in the areas of Wrongful Arrest, Constitutional Law, Children’s Rights, Class Actions, and Free Speech/ First Amendment Litigation. Mr. Hazan spent six years of his career as a dedicated public servant at the New York City Office of the Corporation Counsel in the Special Federal Litigation Division, where he was responsible for litigating complex civil rights cases and supervising and training younger attorneys. During those years, Mr. Hazan successfully represented the New York City Police Department and the City of New York in several high profile class action lawsuits, wherein plaintiffs claimed that the New York City Police Department had an actual policy and practice of violating individuals’ Constitutional Rights. Mr. Hazan now vigorously and aggressively protects the rights of individuals and the public at large from the violation of their civil rights, including police brutality and prisoner abuse.

Cass Luskin, Esq.

Charles “Cass” Luskin graduated from Harvard Law School in 2015. Prior to law school, he was a defense investigator in Washington D.C. After graduating, he worked in Louisiana and Brooklyn as a public defender. Cass has extensive experience handling criminal cases ranging from drug offenses all the way up to murders. Cass is an expert in investigation, litigation, and trial, and more broadly has a deep and thorough understanding of the basic facts that underlie all criminal cases. Most importantly, Cass is proud to have stood alongside thousands of clients as they fought against the disparities and inequities of our criminal justice system.
